I received a card which was nice has lasted well but some small flowers were broken I also sent a trug which they sent a photo of. It looked nice they were happy with it. It would not be polite for them to criticise I had stopped buying them because the quality had gone down. They seem greatly improved

Very pretty but much smaller than expected, especially given the cost.

Every time I have used this service I have found it reliable and good value for money .

I have sent many flowercard greetings to people and so far have had only glowing reports back apart from one, which had not been up to their high standard. They have brought joy to many and I will certainly keep on sending them.

The recipient of the Flowercard I sent was very pleased with it. It was for a 50th birthday. This is the second time I have sent a Flowercard and have been very happy with the service and quality of the Card.

These flowers were for my mums 70th I like her was a bit disappointed as the flowers had withered on receipt and brow round the edges It looked lovely on the website I think with the delays in the Royal Mail deliveries didn’t help May be if the flowers were delivered just ready to bloom then they would off survived

I ordered the teacup flower arrangement as a present which arrived 2 days later than expected. Also very disappointed in the lack of flowers in the display definitely not worth the money.

Ordered flowers the morning before mother's Day, only to get an email at gone 9 pm that same evening stating their printer had gone down and there wasn't anything they can do with my order. Leaving me with no option to get any alternative. Really poor service, and in a pandemic I couldn't even get to my mother! How does a printer stop someone producing flowers, they aren't made of paper! And I could have emailed them my order..even though they had it in the first place ... Hence why people are going paperless nowadays

The flowers were not received when I wanted them for and was no clear option. When the flowers arrived they seemed small than I imagined. Nothing written about the size of product such as a rough estimate in cm. The flowers were half dead and had way less flowers than advertised also half the flowers displayed on the photo online were not put in the order. Was not worth the money payed. I wish I had ordered from elsewhere. Very disappointed ?. I would not recommend them as the standard are so low do not live to expectations.

My mum was over the moon with her flower card. She said she hadn't seen anything like it. And, the flowers were so fresh.

When the flowercard for my mother's 90th birthday arrived and I opened the box, the main flower had been damaged. Thereafter it started to wilt and being central to the arrangement the card was a big disappointment. I informed customer services and they replied very promptly offering to send another flowercard. This arrived the next day and had a beautiful display of flowers. The customer service team were excellent in sorting the problem out quickly.

Very disappointed with the product for the price I paid and wish I had spent the money elsewhere on flowers and a gift instead. Was also issue with delivery so recipient didn't receive until four days later, for which I had to pay for special delivery as no other option. Nice idea but really not worth the money.

Charged for next day but didn't get delivered next day as drop was closed... they shouldn't of excepted my next day order if couldn't do it.
